Lonni and Kristina: do you think Scott will ever allow anyone to stay at 'Hotel Kennel' again? We plugged up the toilet our first night, and you all beat him in golf...he probably changed the locks as soon as 'flight 186' took off.
Glad to hear you had such a great time and managed to see so much. I, like you, am very grateful to my brother for being such a wonderful host and putting up with us during our trip to San Diego. And, I continue to be in awe of his unbelievable talent as an architect and the respect that his clients have for him.
By the way, did Scott take you to Coronado Island? He took us, and then just casually mentioned as we were driving across the bridge that 'now with the war in Iraq, this bridge is one of the major targets for terrorists because if they blow it up it would block the waterway and prevent any military ships from passing thru.' This comment deepened one old man's desire to return to "god's country" asap.

And rest assured -- Dad won't be moving into your spare bedroom anytime soon. Too many people in San Diego for him. Although, he can't seem to stop talking about his sexy golfing partner. If you run into her again - get her phone number. He wants to see if she lost her "tummy" yet!!
