It's Almost Time
Bake Day is almost here, I hope everyone is ready! Just wanted to post one last time so everyone is clear on what they're bringing.
Kathy & Curt--Cinnamon rolls, Panera bread for lunch, Pecans for trading purposes
Erin--Monkey bread, Bubble wrap suits for C & D
Jeff & Sheila--Fruit, Popcorn for trading purposes
Chris & Heather--Salad for lunch
Commish--Cheesy potatoes
Dood--a check for the commish
Remember 9:00am starting time.
Don't forget something to bring your treats home with.
One last thing...I heard a rumor that a previous Bake Day winner may be making an appearance to challenge you all and regain his title. So step it up people, the game is on!

Hey Commish,
Will we be DQ'ed if we pre-make brownies that are just one of the ingredients in a recipe? We are concerned about oven space and cooling time for this particular recipe.
Sheila, I'm speaking for the commish here...you will be DQ'd only IF you use that $100.00 brownie edge pan that you stole from me at your auction last year.

Good thing you are speaking for the Commish, 'cause I just put those babies in the oven. Wish I would have thought to use that super pan for them though...
The way I remember it, the former "winner" in question stuffed the ballot box with the "votes" of his many offspring in order to win and the deciding vote was Gage, who can't resist anything colored pink! I'm going to buy up all the red food coloring in the state to avert this issue this year!
